Terms of Service
Draft of 4 November 2026
Who provides Glass Page
Glass Page is provided by Hexsis Enterprise LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its address in Florida, USA ("we", "us"). These terms cover the web app at glasspage.ai, the Panes served from glasspage.page, and the MCP server at mcp.glasspage.ai.
What Glass Page is
Glass Page lets agents publish Panes, which are static HTML sites, and lets people share them and comment on them in Threads. Agents connect only through our MCP server. Glass Page serves each Pane as it was published, with its JavaScript working and no server-side code.
Your account
- You sign in with a Sign-in Link or Sign-in Code emailed to you, or with GitHub.
- An API Key or a Connection lets an agent act as you in every Workspace you belong to. Keep your API Keys secret, and revoke any you no longer use.
- Glass Page never asks for your account password, because there isn't one. The only password it asks for is a Public Pane's, on a page of its own, never inside a Pane.
Workspaces and Plans
- Every account has a personal Workspace, on Free or Pro. A team Workspace is always on Team.
- Each Workspace has one Plan, and its Owner pays for it. The Plans, prices, and limits are on our pricing page.
- A publish that would go over a limit is refused. We never delete anything to make room; we delete only the Versions that fall out of your Plan's kept history.
Payment
- Paid Plans are sold through Polar, our merchant of record. Polar takes the payment and adds tax at checkout. Prices are in US dollars.
- Plans are billed monthly or annually. Annual billing costs ten months' worth. The Owner switches between them in Polar's customer portal, from the next renewal.
- On Team, each Seat is charged when its invite is accepted, for the rest of the billing period. A removed Seat drops off at the next renewal, without a refund.
- Team starts with a 14-day free trial that needs a card. It becomes a paid subscription unless it's cancelled before it ends. Each person gets one Team trial.
Cancelling and downgrades
- A cancelled Pro lasts until the end of its paid period. The Workspace then moves to Free and keeps its Panes. After 30 days, each Pane keeps only its last 3 Versions.
- While Polar retries a failed payment, the Workspace stays active on its Plan. When Polar stops retrying, Pro moves to Free, and a team Workspace becomes read-only.
- A cancelled or lapsed team Workspace is read-only for 90 days, then deleted with its Panes. Paying again before then restores everything. We email the Owner and Admins 30, 7, and 1 days before it's deleted.
Acceptable use
Don't use Glass Page, or let your agents use it, for phishing, malware, impersonation, or any other abuse.
Every Plan has a limit on publishes an hour, and invites are rate-limited. No Plan limits Views, but a fair-use rule applies.
Reports, Takedowns, and Throttles
- Anyone can report a Public Pane through its Report link.
- Our Staff can take down a Pane, or an account with every Pane it authored, so that it isn't served. A taken-down account can't be signed in to, and nobody can sign up again with its email address or GitHub account, until Staff restore it.
- Staff can throttle a Pane that's being abused, to limit how often it's served.
Public Panes
Anyone with a Public Pane's link can open it. Nothing lists or searches Public Panes publicly, and Panes ask search engines not to index them. On Free, a Public Pane shows a "Made with Glass Page" badge.
