One Plan for each Workspace
Its Owner pays for it. A personal Workspace is on Free or Pro, and a team Workspace is on Team. Team starts with a 14-day free trial that needs a card. Prices are in US dollars, plus tax, which Polar, our merchant of record, adds at checkout.

- No Plan limits Views. A fair-use rule applies, and Staff can throttle a Pane that's being abused.
- Every Plan has the same limit on publishes an hour, to stop an agent stuck in a loop, and invites are rate-limited to stop spam.
- Panes and their links never expire on their own. Pro and Team can set an expiry date on a link.
- A publish that would go over a limit is refused, with an error that names the limit and your usage. Glass Page never deletes anything to make room.

Billing
- Seats
- On Team, the Owner, each Admin, and each Member take a Seat, with no minimum. Guests never take one, so someone who only reviews can be invited for free.
- Adding and removing Seats
- A Seat is added when its invite is accepted, and is charged straight away for the rest of the billing period. A removed Seat drops off at the next renewal, without a refund.
- The Team trial
- Team starts with a 14-day free trial that needs a card, and becomes a paid subscription unless it's cancelled. Each person gets one Team trial. Members added during the trial are billed when it ends.
- Annual billing
- Costs ten months' worth. The Owner switches between monthly and annual in Polar's customer portal, from the next renewal.
- Cancelling Pro
- Pro lasts until the end of its paid period, then the Workspace moves to Free. It keeps all its Panes. After 30 days each Pane is cut back to its last 3 Versions, and the Owner is emailed 7 days and 1 day before.
- When Team ends
- If payment fails for good, or Team or its trial is cancelled, the team Workspace becomes read-only: links keep working, but nobody can publish, comment, or invite. After 90 days it is deleted, and the Owner and Admins are emailed 30, 7, and 1 days before. Paying again before then restores everything.
- Failed payments
- The Workspace stays active on its Plan while Polar retries a payment.
